Re: Essendon
My memory was that they all started doing soft tissue injuries.......despite the fact they WEREN'T juice up...... all their bodies started giving out.
His actual coaching record is 48.2% win/loss ratio.
Ladder Finishes.
15th.
7th.
11th.
QF (loss)
Not really a glowing resume.

Re: Essendon
I compared the Kool aid drinking Essendon supporters wanting Hird back with the idiots in the Republican party who are looking to re-elect Trump, and was told I was being ridiculous. I'm sticking with it.

Re: Essendon
Article tries it's best to downplay the situation
Hird last coached the Bombers in 2015 before departing the position

They are actually going to do it, aren’t they?
Hope they do, and the joint just crumbles.

Sounds like a rational comparison to me.......In no rational world could anyone regard Hird as a fit and proper person to lead a football club.

I guess they will settle for the default option, James Hird.

I still think its long odds they appoint Hird - but if they appoint one of their own, they might make him part of the coaching group
Could they go for a Solomon, Hird and co mix with ___ as the senior man?

I always liked Phillips.
I really like Roarke but how long can his luck hold with us? If they offer him a couple of years he should take it.
