Nice little snippet in the Garcia article that the Bulldogs see Butler settling on a wing. If he's an elite runner that will be his best position and it's certainly one of need for us.

Was just about to post he could be an exceptional link player on the wing w decent speed and a lovely kick.

Really like what I see of his highlights video, he looks a similar player to Ed Richards

Gee I love the look of his kicking. Not shy going for a tough kick. I know it’s highlights but I like the way he puts it to advantage. My pet peeve is us not kicking to the advantage side. This makes life so much easier for the next bloke

Just watched a clip and he is living with Fergus a few nights a week , I can’t help thinking how funny that would be after seeing some of his antics, the locker room dance was hilarious.

From memory I don't think Hunter has lost a 2km time trial in several years. In the spirit healthy competition, it would be great to see a new face bring serious competition to the 2km time trial. It can only result in the top echelon of runners having that healthy competition to keep/take the title.

I was watching the news last week and they were talking about how the Collingwood time trial king was knocked off by one of their new draftees. The only problem was I'd never heard of the guy who was Collingwood's time trial king and he'd been on their list for years.

You have never heard of Tom Phillips? I'm pretty it was him who got beaten by Rantall
He's hardly missed a game in the last two years and when we played them this year he had 29 disposals

Rantall must be an absolute monster athlete. Winning the time trial your first year is incredible.

Yep, I've heard of Tom Phillips. But the problem was I thought that he was a journo, not a player.

Is that Rantall related to Mopsy Rantall? He was a fair player.
