The best indicator for the future is the past. Melbourne have been an ordinary football club for decades and have refused to take proper remedial measures to improve themselves. They would much rather try to take shortcuts to improvement and we all know that just never works.
They are further behind the eightball now than they were at the end of the season.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Interesting that they have North ranked 6th and Brisbane ranked 11th. Surely North are extremely over rated whereas Brisbane are under rated (based on last season).
That Brisbane ranking alone undermines the validity of the whole shabang.
