I'm cynical by nature...…..not sure if anyone's picked up on that over the years, but I'm on the fence as to whether this will lead to society showing a better side of itself as a result of the isolation and the adversity, or whether poor behaviours will be doubled down upon.

If the GFC is anything to go by the gap between rich and poor will get bigger on the other side, we'll prioritise personal benefit over the greater good (think franking credits vs. climate change action), and the common worker and the young will bear the brunt of the fallout.

I guess I really hope it will be different this time around, right now it's way too early to tell.
