Basically, if I was secure and wealthy, I would try to avoid hubs. I guess making it tougher would be letting team mates down. I wonder how they will get all on board. Will they be okay with it being a choice?
A month is nothing.

Ha. I see mine 40% of the time. Maybe a good deal.
I think it comes down to individuals. That's fine too. I do not think I would want to be in the hubs for a month. But I think I would do it out of guilt, screwing team mates livelihoods etc. I would definitely do it if my career or finances weren't very secure too.

Yep, people who are militant about 'staying home' are unlikely to have kids, IMO.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

When my kids were toddlers there is no way I would have been going somewhere where I couldn't see them for a month.
Not so much now they are older but I'm guessing they aren't looking for 56 year olds to take up the slack. Although if I weren't a better shot at goal than 90% of the competition I'd be disappointed
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I reckon if there was 100 large on the table and an opportunity to start providing for your family again you'd make it happen.
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

Yeah, it depends on the financial security you have. Also, empathy for team mates who need it.

The AFL are aiming for the 2020 season to be completed by 31 October this year. Great new for us considering we are undefeated in Grand Finals taking place in October.

Conor McKenna has tested positive for Coronavirus. Press conference at 4pm est.
He was named in the Essendon 22 for this weekend.
What now? I vote get rid of Essendon and add a Tassie team.

Their game tomorrow will certainly be cancelled. Unfortunately Sydney is already playing so that might take out north as well. Our game next week against Sydney will be highly in doubt I’d say

Sounds like the league will be suspended for two weeks starting immediately

You’d expect North, Sydney, Essendon all out of action for at least two weeks.
