Re: The Hubs
There was a game where we ran over the top of whoever we were playing, the Suns I assume and Stringer kicked a massive goal and celebrated to where we were sitting in the dogs function area. Was a great memory, Jake can certainly celebrate.
Edit : found it. For all his d&$kheadness I miss these moments.

It certainly was in Darwin. Remember those night games?
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

Not in Cairns.
i attended every game there and it was always close to perfect conditions.
Game time temperature was around 20 degrees and mostly with a zephyr of wind that made it feel a little cooler and we always won.

Been there a few times
Can get windy which means the ground doesn’t get wet

Maybe in wet season but not in dry. In fact the average humidity in Cairns is higher than Darwin during winter.
Having been to both, from a simple feel test, they seem about the same to me.
I think the the issue with Darwin is it is generally warmer for the games than Cairns, so more sweat.

Darwin is more dry heat in winter
Cairns is more humid in winter
It’s not unbearable though .
