Another junk turnover. We are so sloppy. Gardner not good enough at this level. Regulation ball. Fumbles. So costly.

I give him credit, he buttered up his mistake. Unfortunately the Williams sloppy turnover stopped our forward thrust and gave them a big look inside their F50.

In fairness, he did fight to win the ball back.

I actually though the ball from JJ was a touch behind him and pretty hot, but did well to get it back.

That one is fairly and squarely on Williams, sometimes it's OK to get the ball wide and as deep as possible to just force a stoppage.

well if we didn't commit schoolboy errors like kicking into the man on the mark when having a set shot for goal or handball into the man on the mark our defence wouldn't be caught out on the rebound so badly.

Good 1st qtr just let down by silly turnovers as per normal. Good thing is that we are very much in this game. Macrae and Wallis outstanding. Bont, Dale, Vandermeer and Daniel going well.
