    A few stats:
    Age : 22
    Height: 187cm
    Weight: 84Kg
    Games: 39

Lipinski is a talented midfield/forward who was snapped up with a second-round (pick 28 overall) selection in the 2016 NAB AFL Draft. The Northern Knights product is a former basketballer whose number one asset is his clean hands but is also composed under pressure and can run all day. Lipinski made his senior debut in Round 23, 2017 against Hawthorn, and made 17 senior appearances in his second season at the Kennel in 2018. Lipinski was forced to bide his time at VFL level early in 2019, before breaking into the AFL side in round 10. He played every game for the rest of the season, after spending his time at Footscray transitioning to an inside midfield role. The Eltham-product became an important member of the Bulldogs’ line-up, complementing the midfield group and pushing forward to kick 11 goals. Lipinski signed a two-year extension in 2019, tying him to the Club until the end of 2021.

Lipinski is a talented and a versatile player and is typically a good decision maker
I wonder if he could be a candidate to start performing run with roles

He's a AFL standard player and I hope he can keep improving

I think he can become a better player and has already shown he knows how to get his own ball. He needs to perform more consistently especially against good opposition. I was disappointed with some of his efforts against Richmond - was he intimidated by Dusty?

His one draw back is lack of pace, but he has shown he can pounce on the ball and have a quick snap at goal.

His intensity has been disappointing this year. Seems to be running at half pace, and lost some of the urgency that he showed in his debut year. I feel that being below your best this year is understandable given all of the other pressures on the players' lives at the moment.

He certainly has the skills and smarts to be an AFL footballer, and hopefully he will pick up again during this season and next.
