Re: Game Day Festival of Footy (Round 13-18)
If the Eagles get the job done against the Saints. The power to make the eight will be 100% in our hands.

Even if GWS win both, our % is that close to theirs, & with an easier draw, we’re every chance to leapfrog them.

This. Firstly we need to win and secondly if we win both by 15 to 20 point margins then we will more than likely have Giants covered for percentage. The ball is well and truly in our court.

It’s possible for us to make the eight with zero more wins. Needs a minor miracle. But possible.

Looks like Sydney is killing any chance of a Carlton top 8 for us.

Imagine serving that up after the club just extended Leon Camerons contract for another two years.

Re: Game Day Festival of Footy (Round 13-18)
This game/ last quarter is like Carlton and Sydney each have a cricket bat, and they're standing it on its end, placing their foreheads on the top of the handle, spinning twenty times, laying the bat flat and trying to jump over it.
It's comical.

It was nearly as bad as the free kick they paid to give him the kick.
Ironic that the runner up for the 2014 Rising Star kicked a 50m match winner in the same round that the winner missed a sitter to draw one.

Gee that's a gutsy comeback from 39 points down in the wet by the Blues. That disgusting free to Lewis Taylor to level the scores was as crap as the one Darling got in the last minute against us. Poetic justice that both missed their goals.

First we need to win our 2 games then we need to have an aggregate winning margin of only 10 points more than GWS to leapfrog them.

Great win by the Blues. I can't wait for the Sydney moaning to start in lieu of them not likely to make the finals for a few years.
