Can we get two Bailey Smiths in our side. The Eagles version looks a decent tall/ruck prospect.

It’s a ruck factory at WC. Draft a raw 200cm lump and within 12 months an AFL quality big man is formed.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

I think there's a bit in what MJP says about bringing guys into a team with established players in important positions. Nic Nat be a decent ruck role model id expect. Really like the way Williams attacks the ball in the air.

He was selected around the pick we used on Vandermeer
A couple of years back he was seen as a sure fire top 5 pick and he would be an ideal player for us given he can fill a few roles
I wonder if he is strong enough in any of those positions though but his overall versatility would be appealing

West Coast have a few ruck man on their list and view the importance of the position very different to the way we do
Josh Kennedy rarely gets used in the ruck even for a throw in or bounce deep in the forward line nor does Jack Darling, they even use 195cm Jarrod Brander as a midfielder. They have 5 ruck man on the list

West Coast have 5 days to our game and then 4 days to St Kilda. I wonder if they rest a few against us, in addition to Shuey out with a hammy.

Hopefully. Nicnat only played 59% game time so he may not be rested. Gaff must be a machine - 100%.

Noticed Stringer had 4 handballs. That's it. Waste of talent.
