Re: Trade Dunkley? Not tonight Josephine.
I'd be really surprised if Dunkley didn't want to be the top inside midfielder at a club.
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

Liberatore can't have long to go. If we sign Dunkley (against your wishes) he's guaranteed that spot.

Depends how badly he wants that second house I guess.

Well those pictures he posted on Insta of him in a rented Ferrari driving around Adelaide might indicate he wants a second house pretty badly...

Re: Trade Dunkley? Not tonight Josephine.
jeemak asked me to BUMP this thread (really, not really)
In all seriousness; where do we think this will land?
Will
*Josh re-sign and commit his love to Adz Treloar and the dogs or
*Go join Jakey boy at sponge floor central at the bombers or
*Request a trade to another club?

For me Josh re-sign and commit his love to Adz Treloar and the dogs. But then I am an optimist.

Re: Trade Dunkley? Not tonight Josephine.
The add revenue from their Youtube channel alone would be worth more than any 'contract' he could sign with an AFL club. He stays

100% going to the Bombres. The prospect of being Captain (a very real proposition), money and playing in front of huge crowds will be miles in front of staying at the club he won a Premiership with and where his best friend plays. Josh will put money and career before loyalty and friends easily.

With my tin foil hat on I agree-ish and think not paying Dunkley is being factored in to our alleged pursuit of Lobb and Logue.

If that is true then he is not the calibre of player that we want, but his on field efforts don't seem to support this. A friend once said to me, "If the words and actions differ, believe the actions". On that basis I think (hopefully) he will stay.

If losing Dunks allows us to fill major holes with Lobb and Logue, when do we book Josh’s Uber to Tullamarine?
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.
