If the offer doesn't start with picks 6 plus one of 7 or 8... I hope Sam just does his best Ralph Wiggums 'I'm walking away' impersonation[video]https://giphy.com/gifs/xT5LMMOZxWEeQtCAwg/html5

Pick 8 and future first, and they'll probably ask for something back, calling it now.

I'd say we're waiting to see what happens with Dunkley before we pull a trigger on Treloar.

There is no way known we should condone Essendon making an offer for one of our contracted players. Personally I want to see Dunks stay, and if that happens, I am ambivalent about Treloar.

Isn't there some rule against clubs waving contracts in front of contracted players?

Saad move should put wheels in motion for a bunch of other decisions. I honestly am not convinced the Club can make the best out of a situation where we let Dunks walk, my gut feeling is that the other mob have a tonne of work to do before we change our mind.

At this point, I'd hold onto him.

Yeah, I'd rather keep him and try to mend the rift than budge an inch for that sorry excuse for a club.

Keep Dunks and get Treloar, providing the Colliwobbles come to the party with a good deal on his salary.

    Re: Trade Dunkley

I too like others here have some reservations on a Trealor trade. I do believe we should hold onto Dunkley. Mend that relationship and deny the drug cheats exactly what they need not that it will make them significantly better but why should we part with a good young player that we have put 5 years into only to see Essendon enjoy him in his prime.
