You’d think with Treloar bring his best mate he’d stay but who knows. Doubt the girlfriend’s ?1 year? contract in Adelaide is a big enough lure alone for him to play for Crows.
I think we’re too over balanced with mids and we can’t fit them in as it is, so we’re forced to rotate the likes of Bazlenka/Adz/Dunks through the forward line.

If we can turn Dunks into a quality ruck or another top line forward, we may be better off as a premiership contending squad.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Former teammate of Tim English's partner and Josh's sister. We really need our own netball team.

Adam has 4yrs remaining on his contract…. Tim & Josh are both out of contract at the end of this year.

Adam made the decision to sign with us knowing his partner would be living interstate… So that’s the difference.

I'd be surprised if Dunkley left Melbourne.

I know it leads to a lot of speculation, but how many players have actually moved clubs because their wife was playing netball interstate?

Don't get me wrong because I wish the deal had been done but I still think we will get him signed again.
At this stage for me the fact that we haven't got the signature yet doesn't mean we won't get it.

If we are travelling well as a team, I’m confident we’ll get the signature. If there is a bit of slippage, maybe some extra $ another club could offer becomes more appealing.

The netball season isn't that long is it? As I understand it, she's still living in Melbourne for the majority of the year.

...nor are the financial rewards for playing netball particularly great. I'm all for being a supportive partner, but if you are being paid $500k and she is being paid $20k, why exactly would you move states because she did?
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

I reckon he is backing himself in early to add the extra $$$ to his contract with us.

Because you might be able to get an extra $50k to $100K by doing so!
