Smith started to get into the game that quarter. Macrae's kicking has been poor. Libba and Lipinski - excellent.

Bont and Libba are keeping us in this. Our defence looks disorganised. Whether that’s the addition of Wood and Duryea coming in, I don’t know, but we just don’t seem as systematic as previous weeks. Fyfe is still the dangerman. He can do a Dangerfield and kick 3 in a quarter if given the opportunity.

We have to keep the pressure up, and we have to make our disposals count after winning any stoppage. Can not turn the ball over.
I will never see #16 the same!!

Backline players just no good in the forward 50. They chase the ball and clog the 50. They don’t run patterns and stand in the way. We really should have played Dale. That would at least help Naughton as they couldn’t double team him as easy when you have someone you have to respect and can’t just zone off with out even thinking about your man.

Looking forward - Naughton, Darcy and JUH. It will be the envy of everyone.

We've had a settled defence with Crozier a key component all year, and in a must win game, we send him into a completely different role that he has proven he isn't suited to.

We bring Wood straight in and make our defence slower and less competent by foot.

    Makes sense to me.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

The JJ kick to hit up Wallis was elite. JJ has shown some good signs in the last few weeks.

We need Crosier down back. He and Wood work well. Give us leadership and experience.

Loving Libba's game again tonight, just warrior like.
Looks like we're going to need even more of it in the 2nd half

If they wanted Wood in, then Duryea should’ve been dropped. Moving Crozier from defence, who is one of our better kicks and ball readers, is mind blowing.
