* to Geelong.
Cats could win a flag and then add Jeremy Cameron! The 2019 Coleman winner to join the 2020 Coleman winner. System is broken.

Just like what Richmond did. Won in 2017 and then added Lynch.

Re: 2020 Player movement
Another reason to hate Geelong.
It's amazing, just when you think TBB couldn't hate these handbagging wankers any more they go and convince Cameron of ALL players to join them!
Whenever this cliff comes for Geelong, it's going to be a good 5-10 years of bottom 8 finishes.

Re: 2020 Player movement
Cameron leaving is the best thing that could happen to GWS. Fixes their salary cap in one move.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Re: 2020 Player movement
So Cameron going to Geelong surely tightens up their cap. I'm assuming this is why someone like Parfitt is out of contract. We should be looking to capitalise on that, he is basically the player McLean has been trying to emulate with almost zero success for 3 years now.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

Re: 2020 Player movement
How can they afford Cameron im astounded. Hes the highest paid player in the game almost. I don't get how it seems all of the decent player movement is to the same few clubs.

They have 3 first-round draft picks to go with it, they are in a good position to avoid a drop that's for sure.

Or does he just take the Kelly money?

Re: 2020 Player movement
Free agency rules. I especially like how no one gets their feelings hurt and everyone but the clubs involved in a player moving bears the cost.

Re: 2020 Player movement
Re Cameron, what happens if GWS matches the Cats' offer, but then a trade cannot be agreed to between the clubs?
The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.

Any other gettable Cats for us who might be squeezed out?

I imagine Geelong might have a few retirements after this year so that might help.
Also if they front ended some of the older players contracts they might be paying them bugger all now.
Bring back the biff
