    This from a supporter:

Poor list build, brought in ample undersized midfielders. Poor at identifying talent, overrates list etc.
Had an absolute gutful of his influence on the club

He's impressed the right people at the Dons and given the outstanding job he's done lets hope he is at the list management helm for the next 10 years. It's good for footy

There is one downside which is that every year trades seem to get drawn out with Dodo being the main obstruction. He holds up trades which hold up trades unrelated to him and soon the whole thing has come to a standstill for 4 days until everything happens in the last 48 hours

It's not helped by the AFL saying that on the last day of trading (tomorrow) that no trades can be done until 3pm.

    What's the point of that?

WTF - why is that? I know it all end at 7.30pm, but why would they do that.

So imagine they can still be done, just not announced.

In case there was any lingering doubt the AFL truly is the AFEL.

Not sure if it's changed due to covid but that was basically the idea last year. You could agree to a deal beforehand but then had to go into the room with the AFL and the cameras to do all the signing and then it would be announced
