I love how you keep denying your love for Suckling...
Reality is if he isn't on our list in 2021 you'd be bored.

We've still got Johannisen.

He is to EasternWest what Eagleton was to Mantis no doubt.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

Everyone gets a special pat on the bottom including everyone's favourite ball of muscle, but not Schache who kicked three.

What conclusion would you draw from that?
Mine is he probably didn't have a great day. Maybe got 3 joe the goose's, maybe he didn't do much else. Or maybe he was defensively poor.
The fact he kicked 3 but didn't rate a mention in the write up suggests he wasn't a big contributor.

It could also mean he's a bit maligned.
We need reporters to scrutinise this stuff so they can ask adequate questions to unlock information at the weekly pressers.
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

Could be. Although you'd hope Gia or someone from within the coaching area is endorsing these before they go out the door?

Re: Lipinski, Suckling shine in Suns scratch match
If they just gave an overview of everyone's game, it would be much better. Gushing over some and not naming others is rubbish compared to what some other clubs are putting out.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Great to see Billy Dangerfield get a mention just in time to come back in and kill off our season for good.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
At a guess you might surmise we've seen the last of him for 2020 and that a fairly portentous off-season beckons for old mate Josh.
Or maybe he just needs to morph into a ball of muscle ...

I for one welcome the inevitable smoky selection masterstroke.

If we ever get a game with all of Gowers, Gardner, Hayes & Roarke Smith playing together, I request a photoshopped version of the Four Horseman below to mark the momentous occasion:

Interesting going for the version with Sid and Windham instead of the superior Blanchard/Luger version but I take your point. Kind of expected Paul Roma to pop up for a true Gowers analogy.
