    It doesn't look like it protects much of the cheekbone. I guess the fracture was back just in front of his ear.
    But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

    Apparently it is to protect where the plate was inserted.

    What’s chances of Bevo playing Gowers and Wally out (injury worse than club has been letting in). Gee I hope this sinking feeling I’ve got is wrong.
