Re: North Melbourne where are they at?
North should target Sam Mitchell as a coach, and get Gary Ayres or Andy Collins in alongside.
Alternatively interesting no-one has mentioned Matthew Knights.

Yeah, but can you imagine Matty Lloyd on Footy Classified if they lose a couple of games??
I cannot see Knights getting another opportunity despite fitting the exact profile of someone I think they should be looking at.
Leppitsch is another.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

Ross Lyon out of the running. Paul Roos is on the selection panel and will likely take up some sort of role at the club next season.

“I think we should bring on Paul Roos for $2.5m a year and Tammy Roos as a mindfulness coach.”
Can’t believe that North have turned it around already. Well done Roos on another tremendous success.

Someone a bit older like Fagan or Rattan with lots of experience and who doesn't give a sh*** what Caroline Wilson says.
She loves bashing North Melbourne.

Why? They have just come off the unsuccessful appointment of a fairly inexperienced late 30s coach in Shaw. To replace him with another coach of similar age and experience in Gia would have been a brave call. Gia seems to be highly rated so should get his chance one day.
Fagan has been fantastic for Brisbane coming from a similar football management background immediately prior to getting the senior job. Just because Noble hasn't coached for a while doesn't mean this can't work.
