I don’t know what’s better - the fact we stood tall, taught the industry we are serious business and ended in a much better position than we started, OR, we dicked over Essendon in the process

Well done Sam. Two excellent trade periods in a row.

Stole this from Bigfooty, apologies if it's already been posted on another thread (it's hard to keep up):

Sam is destined for bigger and better things. Not only should we sign him up ASAP, but I wonder if we can move things around, a trade in the club is you will.

Peter Gordon - Number # 1 Ticket Holder, Board Members (once his term is capped out)
    Chris Grant - President
Sam Power - Director of Football (Manager of Trade Week Negotiatons)
    BT - List Manager

I think that works for me.

    Re: Sam Power appreciation post

7.30 hit and I started getting ready for bed thinking that we wasted an opportunity. By the time I got to bed I saw Sam Edmund's Tweet (Who nailed a lot of stuff this trade period) and couldn't believe it. Then I read the fine print of the deal. Wowee.

It was a no brainer not to trade Dunkley for what they were offering but that last minute deal was immense. Not only did we get Treloar on the cheap we pretty much sowed up JUH as well. Bravo!

Add me in as kicking coach and it works for me too.

On behalf of Sam I'd like to paraphrase Kerry Packer "you only get one Adrian Dodoro in your life"
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Dodo actually said If he was in Sam's position he would have kept Dunkley also he was quite complimentary to him after the heat of battle.

Now as goal kicking coach make sure you also focus on the "planting of your foot" - so you get a good foot holding and don't lose balance.

I guess Peter and I are on the same page. Now how to get a list management gig.

So she's the VP of Disney Australia? Should we get ready for the Mandalorian jumper round 1?
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.
