    I'm kind of glad that he is finishing up but the commentary team is now basically the Triple M commentary team.

    Their style can sometimes work for radio because you cant see what is happening but on TV it is really really poor.

    The thing I always liked about the Triple M commentary was that they’d pretty much put everybody I *!*!*!*!ing hated in the same spot, so it was easy to avoid them. Now they’re mostly on 7 which makes it much harder.

    I was watching a classic match from 1998 and Bruce was calling the game and he was a reasonable caller there was no creepy weirdness about him. Maybe because Carey was on the field and not sitting next to him and Cyril was still in Primary school.

    The older we get the less "LIFE IN PRISON" is a deterrent...

    Those games from the 90s really provide a point of reference to how unusual he was when he finished his career.
    Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.
