I'm not sure it'll take that much if he is banished to the SANFL all year.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

If the draft was tomorrow I would think a second rounder would be best case scenario. If he can’t get games in that Crows lineup (minus Talia and also Kelly for a few weeks) they can’t expect to ask too much.

I hope they’re dumb enough to do it. They’re driving his price down. Not quite Treloar type levels, but 20 SANFL games and ‘family issues’ if he nominates his boyhood club is as you say going to be better. It feels like a slow motion trade to us, to me at least. Or maybe it’s wishful thinking.

McAsey aside what are peoples thoughts on Jake Kolodjashnij? I think he's been solid without being spectacular and offers much the same as Stewart. He's a neat 3rd tall and I wonder if we would look at him with Wood nearly done. Reasonable skills, can defend, intercept and is 193cm so can play as a second tall on the Darling types if required.
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.
