Melb’s pressure has gone up more than a few notches, and NM starting to crack under pressure. Fumbling, erratic handballs etc. Melb should go on to win fairly easy now.

Pickett was drafted before our pick. Like Oliver & Petracca. He’s going to be a player but remorse or similar when we had no choice to get him is like remorse a supermodel didn’t pick you to go home with. We were also linked to McAsey & Bergman, who both went ahead of us too.

I guess because we were going to get him and Melbourne traded up the order using a future first to grab him.

    He's a star!

Don’t stress, we get to watch ‘high flying‘ Cody for the next ten years
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

More power to them. The trade in which they gave up rights to Kelly at Pick 2 (or Bont!!) was not a winner. To compete we would’ve had to give up huge points and maybe miss Jamarra.

He’s going to be very good, but a club rated him higher than the pick we had. That’s the draft. If we missed him on the other hand for a future spud that’s different. But that’s not what happened. We agree, he looks the goods.

Salem is a decent player. But get your point, I love the game within a game that is the draft/trade period now.

Now where are these supermodels you speak of?

Don’t know. With much regret and remorse, I was overlooked again.

Did I just hear the commentators not understanding the magic of reverse angles?

    Yes, yes you did.

Then they reversed back over it.

Ling, Darcy and Taylor are the worst of the worst.

Walsh dominating and Saad explosive off half back, setting up a lot of play. I wonder if we will let them run free next week ?
