This is Richmond-esque. Absorbed all the pressure in the first half, stayed in touch and then exploded.

Oliver is a gun, but best thrower in the competition.

Lions have been terrible second half as good as Demons have been. They've really shown nothing.

Very good 2nd half. Moving the ball a lot quicker and more direct.

Brisbane have been run off their feet, are shitting themselves and haven't adapted at all.

At least the difference in our game was largely poor skill execution whilst having an overall ordinary night.

The only question that remains for the dees is it’s round 11. Can they keep this going for another 15 weeks? Hard to say no based on tonight.

Worth noting they have stuff all injuries too.

    Their challenge will come.

Kudos to the Dees fitness staff, just overpowering good sides in second halves all year.

Re: AFL Game Day R12 2021

So are you supposed to move the ball quickly or slowly against the Dees?

The commentary team couldn't figure out which is the best way to go, because apparently Melbourne like time to set up down the line and force you wide by shutting out the corridor, but also like you to play quickly. So essentially - according to the commentary - like you to do both!

Getting caught deep in defence is a massive problem, as is exiting shallow. Staying on top in the midfield is key, I reckon Melbourne could be in for a shock if a couple of teams decide to play certain players defencively but have the depth to keep the ball moving forward.

They just knocked off 2 and 3 pretty easily. Think their draw is pretty sweet here on out.
They certainly have incredible belief. It's on the back of their bottom 6, they just don't have any non contributors.
Guys like Jordan and Rivers are providing plenty.
