I recon we can still get away with this one. We just need to get the wheels in action. Handball receives and run a carry will spear the defence, stop the intercept marks and bring the astronaut into it.
    BB.

Looking forward - Naughton, Darcy and JUH. It will be the envy of everyone.

I'm not debating the outcome I'm debating the cause. I think we were bad but Melbourne set the ground up well and put pressure on well.

Yes they had perfect position and pressured so intently from the get go we were rushing our kicks.
So yes the skill execution was poor but the Demons forced a large percentage of it.

I reckon the pressure was further ahead, in that they've done their homework and know where we want to move the ball and have set up field accordingly. Our guys with the ball just didn't make the right 2nd option decisions.

Dale, Williams, Libba, Macrae, Daniel, even Bont making some poor errors by foot. Our best users normally.

We are biting off more than we can chew trying to transition, Dees with 16 intercept marks already would be a factor.

Any chance Bruce can not lead into every other forward's lane?

How the *!*!*!*! can it be one on four or five on Bruce on the last line, and they still have the outlet x 2. Pathetic on all fronts.

We’ve slowed it down a bit and gaining control, now need to get on the scoreboard.
