I think a bit like Bruce he's struggling to fit into the system we want to play, after an interrupted preparation. It's a massive issue for some forwards, suggest he'll be better after another preseason.

Re: Always Right Match Committee - Round 19 Vs Melbourne 2021

I worked it out. The DiBevo Code:

    Melbourne v Western Bulldogs
    Saturday 24 July, 7.25pm AEST
    MCG

B: Bailey Dale, Zaine Cordy, Caleb Daniel
HB: Taylor Duryea, Alex Keath, Ed Richards
C: Jack Macrae, Tom Liberatore, Lachie Hunter
HF: Mitch Hannan, Aaron Naughton, Josh Schache
F: Jamarra Ugle-Hagan, Josh Bruce, Roarke Smith

R: Tim English, Marcus Bontempelli, Bailey Smith
Int: Cody Weightman, Riley Garcia, Jason Johannisen, Bailey Williams
    Sub: Anthony Scott (my guess)
Emer: Hayden Crozier, Lachie McNeil, Lewis Young

In: Tom Liberatore, Josh Schache, Mitch Hannan (100% Inclusions All Left)

    Left Foot: 15
    Right Foot: 8

It’s not about height. It’s about the left foot.

Given Zaine has a lethal left foot surely he can be included in that list too?

All game face is Bevo. Then Jamarra question. He couldn’t stop the smile, pride in the face or glint in the eye. Nice to see.

I couldn’t remember. When he has it I have a rare medical condition that renders me unconscious for around 45 seconds.

    Surely it’s a case of:

    1. All forwards start deep.
    2. Bruce and Naughton stay deep and keep May and Lever there.
    3. JUH and Shaq lead.
    4. We never kick to Bruce or Naughton

Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

TBF, it didn't cost us much but at this stage I'd rather the future 3rd.

Schache for 25 (Stringer) and 40 is probably our worst in recent times.

stringer was given the boot, we were lucky to get anything and would have settled for nothing.

At the end of 2019 Schache was given about 10 consecutive games and kicked 20 goals, better than Bruce has done in recent appearances.

Bruce is our saviour, Schache is our joke. I accept that reality but I don’t accept this statement that Hannan (usually goalless) is better than Schache..
