I felt the umpiring was of a same standard as the commentary.
"I'll give him a hug before the first bounce and then I'll run into my pack and give them orders to rip him apart."

There is never a conspiracy with the AFL. They can do no wrong. They always get the calls right.
All the rule changes are for benefit of the game and ahem players....

Dermot Brereton has to be the worst commentator of all time. He continually offers micro analysis of the action branding himself as the "all seeing sage", whose vast experience, and insider's knowledge of the game, enables him to give a finely nuanced commentary that is way beyond that which could be delivered by mere mortals.
