That hit up to Boak just outside 50 was perfect.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

How's JB's fantasy about big Albuquerque truckers that he just let slip out of his head. Weird *!*!*!*! saying that on TV.

I’m developing an unreasonable dislike of Melbourne. Maybe just because…they’re good.
Port have been pretty average though. Their skill level is surprisingly poor so their efforts to keep it away from May and Lever aren’t effective. They are also getting spifflicated by the umpires, surprising for that venue and the rabid crowd.

Is it any weirder than what BT or Bruce would say?
Weird yes, out of place - unfortunately not.

To think Karl Amon was up for trade a couple of years back and no other team were interested.

No, it's par for the course with Ch7 over time.

Re: AFL Game Day R17 2021
This is starting to look pretty emphatic from Melbourne, with Port just not matching it with enough intent in the contest and running.

They have also had ten more scoring shots with 11 minutes to go.

That's pretty wild from Pickett. Great finish.
Is Ken Hinkley still a legend for calling out his expectation Port would win the flag last year?

Irrespective of that, I think it took a huge amount of insight and forethought to call out that expectation. In an eighteen team competition, once you're thinking you might possibly be going well you really should put it all on the line like that because it's a pretty easy thing to have happen once you've made the realisation.

Poor Kenny might need to consider something stronger...

Re: AFL Game Day R17 2021
I think Roco nailed it on Twitter. Port don't really have a fatal flaw (although I'd argue their backline and insane need to prop up Jonas' shitty McGovern imitation is pretty close), they're just above average at everything and will never truly contend or beat a top side.

Told us 3 times that Wines and Viney were childhood mates....just in case we didn't hear him the first time.
