Very unlikely to come to that, they only have 5 cases, surely it will only be a short lockdown.

More about wha SA's health department allows. Given this scare, they may shut the border hard meaning interstate teams can't travel.

I believe the SA clubs might not have even been able to train. Also, if in hard lockdown, might as well be with the majority of the comp.

Sounds like the footy is off this weekend. Not sure if 100% confirmed.

Rowan Marshall now out of the Saints game, tier 1 site exposure. Huge loss for a team fighting for 8th.

Should be. It's impacting the game too much.

Toby Greene, Dunks, Rowan Marshall - all top 5 players in sides playing critical games with finals implications.

Unconfirmed of course but a strong rumour doing the rounds.

From a Dogs perspective, Dunks doesn't miss a game and Libba/Treloar get an extra week of recovery under their belts. A decent outcome.

Re: AFL Game Day R19 2021

Now there is confusion whether SA clubs are flying out and Sydney and GWS are happy to take a week off to sort things out.

As Sedat says, could be off this week end.

SA teams flights cancelled so they could end up playing each other this week.
Geez, just have a weeks break and be done with it.
I will never see #16 the same!!

They are staying put for now and may play a showdown, with Hawks to play the Pies (a swap of their round 21 fixtures).
