The Moment: Round 19, 2021 vs Melbourne
The moment, the best, most courageous moment that caught your eye in this evening's game against Melbourne. Was it the moment that told you 'we've got this' or 'we lost this one right here'? Or was it the moment that you went 'wow....that is crazy courage.

Richards' back to back efforts in the first quarter. One to stop a certain Melbourne goal. The second directly led to a goal for us.

Bont to Marra.
That was both a moment for the now and the future.

Bontempelli with two key moments in the last obviously, but Bailey Williams again pealing off and winning a dicey moment in D 50 was huge

That was the moment for me. Bont gets the goal and then the next clearance and pin points a pass to Marra off his right foot.

True. For me, the kid in just his third game, a slow first game all the media, hype and pressure and he’s almost got our fortunes on his boot of not just the win, but putting scars on Melbourne, top of the ladder, locking up top 4, after an amazing lead incorporating a shimmy step. To just go back with al, of that and slot it from 40. Perfection.
He doesn’t need 15 touches, he just needs to impact when he has an opportunity. That awesome shimmy step lead was on Jake Lever. No slouch. He needs to stay in the side let him get a look at Adelaide, Hawthorn, Essendon & Port.

When Brayshaw tried to shirtfront Hannan after he kicked the goal. The whole team swarmed into the fwd line and pushed off the melbourne Players. Showed team was really united and was not going to put up with any rubbish push and shove from the snowflak Dees.
Baily Smith pulling down one of the Melbourne players and casually walking away was even funnier.

Agreed, and then from the goal line video feed it looked like Tim had done it and was copping flak.

When Pickett kicked the goal to put them 4 points down and he jumped into Neal-Bullens arms like he’d kicked the wining goal after the siren.
It was just odd...
