Three things you've learned Round twenty 2021 V Adelaide
Three things if you don't mind umpire(s)
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

1. Jamarra’s improvement from week to week is significant. The burst speed but the pressure acts and tackling with goals is another dimension to an already multidimensional forward line.
2. When Bailey Dale is on, he’s a joy to watch. The huge bonus is his 9 goals straight and 8 goal assists this year to date.
3. Competition for spots is about to really heat up.

I do enjoy seeing those long arms swing out wide before coming back in to wrap up a player in a bear hug from behind. Looks like he's about to be tackled from about 3 different directions

I wonder if this bloke inspired the name "General Grievous"? He was a very prominent figure in 1950 news bulletins.

A bit hot and cold here -
1. Schache can play back but needs to work on the art of the spoil
2. Jamarra is improving but he needs to cut out the basic errors before finals.
3. We have great depth in the 22 evidenced by even contributions today BUT it's always concerning to see some of our best players well below their best: Naughton, Bontempelli, Dunkley.

1/ Yep, but by then we will Keath back and Shack will be able to have aerial support, but it is an area of concern as trans will look to isolate him.
2/ His errors came when he looked fatigued, but lots of positives. Would be interested in his TOG as I don’t think it’s high and I’m not sure we can carry him into a tight final… but he has serious X factor which might be what breaks open a final.
3/ I actually think it’s a positive… Bont has been incredible this season with his worst 2 games being in big wins. He was ‘sat on’ which allowed others more freedom and he was still strong around the contest. Dunks has played 1 game in about 14 weeks and sat in his lounge room for 2 weeks before Thursday so he will take time and Naughts was scragged at every opportunity, but we still had 30 scoring shots which is a big positive… both will be better for the run.

He's talking about Jamarra.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

89 or 126 Minutes for Jamarra. That was Scorlibo’s Point 2.
Correct, Schache did play 100%.

JUH's TOG was comparable to Naughton's so not a major concern. Not being at the ground it's hard to use the eye test, but it did seem Marra was out of the play quite a bit which I guess is another matter altogether.

Re: Three things you've learned Round twenty 2021 V Adelaide
1. The selectors have a major dilemma to choose the best 22
2. There is still improvement to come with some best 22 out of the team
3. I am still worried about the talls in the backline going into finals, although Schache showed some good traits.
