Yeah I need this shit to happen like now so I can go back to working or reading something or doing pretty much anything that isn’t footy related.

I hear ya. This gap sure ain't great for my work productivity... and its not that flash for my mental stability either (which, let's face it, is already on pretty shaky ground)

If we win we'll have to get him out of retirement next year so he can retire again

funnily enough, i was chatting to a few sport journalists (media and TV) at a function in rAdelaide last weekend and many privately agreed that they wouldn't be surprised if the dogs won (and that all the pressure is on Melb)

I wouldn't mind if the majority were picking Melbourne but some were saying it could go either way or Melbourne in a close one. They all seem to be categorically Melbourne and the only possible way they would lose is because of their lack of footy over the past month. No chance we could actually outplay them.

It's pretty insulting to our team that this is the path the ''media experts'' go down, but I think it is the easy road and analyzing the game as it should to determine how each side can win the game would take brain capacity that is far beyond many of them.

The ESPN podcast had an analyst from Champion Data who picked us.
