Very. I don't get it at all, unless he has the certs which is a different story.
Praying it's not a Bevo's mate good bloke thing.
But they probably know more than us, but hey what's a forum for.

Re: Assistant Coaches
Is it any weirder than a player retiring and going straight into an assistant coaching role?
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

I've got a few mates that have done the hard yards through the certification process, and have level 2 and 3 and don't get a look in. The best they get is oppo analysis a week in advance.
It's very interesting I was getting all of the Saints opposition analysis a week out I found it very interesting.
But they can't get a look in in what they call the boys club. I have had this direct conversation with Ameet Bains regarding a person we know in common.
Ameet agreed (after some drinks at a function) that this is indeed an issue.
I didn't say that *just realises forum*

I'm not that concerned, if he has a plan that suits Bevo's overall vision and we are confident he can get the message across that's good enough for me. I'd prefer a more established assistant but he must have impressed Bevo.

Long bow to draw DG but I'm confident that won't be the case.

I just wonder if any other clubs were clamouring for his services?
Basically he's an unknown and I wanted a known from another successful team, like Yze to the Demons who reshaped their defence.
