Great to have another Western Jets product on the list too. Buka Khamis, Lachie Hunter, Brad Johnson and Cal Ward are the only others I can remember to have played with us
Have you been reading those Roddy Doyle books again, Dougal!?

Re: Welcome to the Westernbulldogs - Cody Raak
The following is from the insta page of the personal trainer of Cody Raak
https://www.instagram.com/p/CWnL9abv...0-c42306ed05f7
At the start of the year @cody.raak approached me wanting to put some size on and wanted to increase his speed, power and endurance. Cody is in the mix to hopefully being drafted in the coming days and represented Vic Metro during 2021.
Being an elite athlete our priority was performance over the look but a whopping 6kgs of lean muscle tissue added to Cody’s frame has made him a little more ready for the rigours of senior football in 2022.
Sitting at 194cm and 78kgs when he first started now sitting at 84kgs. It’s incredible how this kid goes about it, he rolls up at 7:45am twice a week, no fuss, dedicated, determined to succeed. He’s not left a stone unturned.
Performance stats
Starting 16/02/2021
Bench press 50kg 2RM
Squat 70kg 6RM
Dead lift 60kg
Performance stats
23/11/2021
Bench press 90kg x 2
Squat 140kg x 2
Dead lift 120kg x 4
Amazing achievement by this bloke! I’ve seen him go from a kid to a man in the span of 9 months. God willing he gets the call up from an AFL club this week because no one deserves it more.

Ok I know his dad.
Been drunk with him a few times.
We told him to take out the light bulb, and he could do it from a standing start.
Interesting bloke.
Clive.

Sitting at 194 CMs is pretty good. He must be huge when he stands! Kind of like that picture of the rafters in the paper on Thursday with Sam Darcy the only one sitting and still taller than all the others.

More noted for his post football activities I would've thought.

Yes another I went to school with. He was a man mountain ridiculously sized ! He once kick 24? goals again my mate who was 70kgs wringing wet playing in the RDFL.
"Continuing the pattern of one season club stints, James was with RDFL club the Sunbury Kangaroos in 2006. During the finals series that year he was reported for threatening behavior towards an umpire and suspended for 15 weeks. This kept him out of action for much of 2007 but the following year he played some good football at Stanhope."
