The girls are playing well and the umpiring leaves a lot to be desired. Blocking in the ruck, hanging on to jumpers when not in possession and dragging it in and getting away with it.
The Women's competition would have to be the most inconstant in the whole footy world.

I haven't seen us rocking that away jumper since the 2016 elimination final. Thought it was gone forever!

Good win the end and were dominate across the ground. Although it wasn't in the back half much I was impressed with Brown and I also like how Grant has blossomed. She's a strong mark and reliable kick but what I like the most is when she gets the ball she's on the move straight away and doing her thinking on the move.
Should have had a few more but a solid win. Lets hope the Wobbles get the wobbles and let us in the 6.

Nice win and gained 20 percentage points. West Coast are woeful.

The draw means we don't worry about %

Great looking jumper especially in a winning away team .

1 win short despite a tough draw and horrendous schedule. The loss to GWS coming off the Covid issues probably costs the position in finals.

They can be proud of their efforts.

Yes nothing to be ashamed of with the season they have had it was on the back foot at the start.

We need to win and Collingwood lose to make the finals. So far Collingwood well on top of Richmond

Well it looks like the Girls are playing for fun tomorrow. I hope they can go out on a good note and also don't get bent over by the new clubs coming in.

    Re: Aflw 2022

I don't read many of the VFLW reports because the ones I have read don't paint a pretty picture and the one game I tried to watch shows why.
Anywho we got done by the Hawks 108 to 7 just looking at the ladder it goes to show that the expansion clubs of Essendon and Hawthorn already look strong at the lower level and with a top up of some better players might come on with a bang and weaken the other clubs.
I hope that the top 4 finishers in the AFLW are the ones that take the hit especially the Crows and Demons who are very strong and have a lot of talent on their lists.
If the middle and lower end clubs get hit with their best players they will struggle to get of the bottom and I can see the power houses coming into play in the AFLW.
But I guess Gill won't care because he plays to the stronger power clubs with their bigger supporter base.

We seem to be on the short end of the umpiring again Lamb was taken high on at least 3 occasions and no front on contact to Grant gifts them a goal.
