It will be great if we win but in the 22 are 8 who last week were either passengers or out of form. Those players need to turn things around fast.

We need an even contribution across the ground and not rely on a few players

They should have beaten us last year when we were flying. With Cripps back to his best, Keath in woeful form to take on McKay, Walsh back and our forward line as impotent as an 80 year old, I think it’s going to be a rough night.

Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

I was impressed enough by our best last week that we are OK. It's early in the season. We'll be fine.

No match predictions, just a hope that we win. Margin irrelevant.

Our best is better than theirs and I think we will be raring to go. We are a more mature team these days and surely we won't drop 2 in a row.... surely

I think that English did a phenomenal job on his own against the Melbourne ruckmen last week but surely we need to have someone competent giving him the chop out. It's why I think we should at least bring in Sweet as a tall target. He's a decent enough shot at goal and his aggression could see him hurting a defender.

Yep. Sweet vs Cordy. Surely Sweet couldn’t do any worse than 3 possessions for a game.
