It was so reassuring to see him cruising around again.
It was a very good game compared to earlier in the season. He is someone who can turn a match.

Stealing GG limelight.
Perhaps you can put them in the voting thread?

I took another look at the entire game and we did a lot better than I initially thought. When Cordy was asked to step up he more than held his own and our midfield were all over them like a cheap suit.
I really liked the games of our small forwards. Easily McNeil's best game to date. He kicked goals and applied a lot of pressure. Likewise, Cody was manic and it was nice to see him give Bomber supporters something to go on with as I suspect he copped a fair bit of abuse from them during the match
Our midfield group had its best game collectively for the year and Bont moved a lot better this week. Libba was constantly at the coal face, Treloar and Smith covered mure ground than Ludwig Leichhardt, Dunkley was a very strong and menacing presence and Jacko was his typical reliable self running all day, getting back, linking up and driving the ball forward.

Great reading because it is like mine
Cordy Is a professional in that he applies himself as best he can. Loves a goal, imposes his presence. Can ruck. Bulldog legend.
McNiel from the first time I saw him seems like he runs hard and creates opportunity with his reading of play.
At least when we are creating play. I have not noticed his defensive side.

Thanks for this. I now know what Cordy was doing in his 5 games this year. He’s had 37 disposals and 15 hitouts. That’s an average of 7 disposals and 3 hitouts per game. Maybe he should get more of both instead of those other things.
Seriously, he has been very poor and I don’t know how he stayed in the team after his 3 disposals in round one.

I don't care whoever gets in first. If I see it and hasn't been posted I will chuck it on.

Re: WB Game Day V Essendon R7 2022
Traveling for work, just managed to watch the first half.
Knowing how the second half goes I can see exactly why it went the way it did. Our full ground pressure was excellent from the start, and our skills until the last mile were as well.
The entries forward weren't bad, though we didn't let our key forwards get a clean run at it to the extent they should have.

It's also OK to admit that while he was a touch interfered with after a second grab Naughton should have been more solid in his marking.
