Ump missed one before called same thing for Cats.
We will overwhelm them at some stage.

McNeil has been woeful tonight. Butchering every involvement.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Got all the momentum and can’t score as usual.

Just not surprised by this. It's laughable how predictable we are.
Apologies- G- MO, I tied your quote in with previous ones.

Hope so, they have been overwhelming us since we left the Western Oval.

Great quarter, 1 more would have made it a little more interesting. So glad Hawkins missed.
That was all Libba in that revival.

Re: WB Game Day V Geelong R12 2022
There's clearly a different interpretation for holding the ball and incorrect disposal between the teams.
Amazing how we don't look inept when we decide to apply some pressure, put our heads over it and decide to compete with some ferocity.
Nobody's looking for a puppeteer in today's wintry economic climate.

Re: WB Game Day V Geelong R12 2022
So we drop Sweet to play Khamis as a sole second ruck who goes from ruck to bench?
Brilliant.
I get our endeavour is just a mile off and we've been borderline soft, but we've been comprehensively out coached too.

Re: WB Game Day V Geelong R12 2022
We owned the last 10 mins but as usual couldn’t score. We are just turning the ball over too easily, but at least that quarter we seemed to be working harder. Macrae got more involved and I thought West was good overall. Libba good too. Need more from Dunkley, Treloar, Bont and smith. If we keep bombing we won’t win. Simple.

We go with English/Khamis because our MC didn’t rate Geel’s rucks. That’s arrogance. Instead of weakening our team, play to our strengths, and 2 proper rucks is playing to our strengths. What has Khamis done up fwd so far that Sweet wouldn’t have done ?

It's not costing us the game but it's ironic when English is struggling and looks tired.

Re: WB Game Day V Geelong R12 2022
Naughton needs to find some new tricks, well behind the other emerging key forwards at this stage. Both he and Weightman need to find some different methods to impact, very easy to play against at the moment for good defenders.
