This will be a tough game.
McVeigh has taken the shackles off the giants and they will have their tails up.
Interestingly McVeigh made reference to changing a few players positions such as Coniglio back into the midfield, Himmelberg to CHB but the key is to giving them 4 weeks to settle into the new positions.

Agree Aza, Himmelberg has morphed into the exact kind of intercept marking, long kicking defender that typically nukes us. And he’s getting a ton out of Coniglio who not even a month ago I had written off as completely washed.
How funny is McVeigh coming in and immediately making about a dozen sweeping changes to team selection and positioning. Cameron’s approach must have been driving him insane.

Giving players an extended run to settle into a role that suits them better, interesting concept.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

FG Marra.
My spidey senses are telling me the assumption we struggle under intense pressure will be revisited tonight.
Pretty sure Jarrad McVeigh was part of the swans team that tried the same thing with JJ so his brother is probably of the same persuasion.
Prediction : Greene 2 weeks.

McNeil is the sub.
A late change for the Giants, with Matt Flynn (quad) replaced by Zach Sproule.

I really want to believe the guys are going to bring 'it' tonight. But they're not exactly a trustable bunch this year.
If they can't find the motivation to perform at their peak tonight, then I just don't know that they will in 2022.
Fingers crossed.
