    Wouldn't that light things up

Brisbane have a deep list, there might be a few we could look at.

Jaspa Fletcher. Really? Parents should be hung drawn quartered for the spelling. Imagine if we draft Jaxon Cooney too.

If Jason plays as well as his father yes please & imagine the bummer melts?

    Is this a good move?

Gold Coast is prepared to offer Dyson Heppell a four-year contract to join the club.

Maybe in terms of leadership, playing wise I have my doubts.

Hmmmm. I'm not sure. Maybe in terms of "training standards" like when the Dees brought Crossy across. Seeing how the Dons set up against Pies in that last minute says they're lacking leadership so I'm not sure you'd bring him in from that perspective. He's no Hodge.

    Further detail from Sam Edmund

The Gold Coast package would consist of two years as a player and two as an assistant coach. Dyson Heppell has a decision to make.

He gets a lot of the ball and frequently plays but the stats are misleading and I don't think he's a good leader.
I think they would be making a bad decision as they might get 2 years of decent football from him.

This only works when the experienced player can lead others, Heppell doesn't scream leadership to me.

ESSENDON MAKES PRELIMINARY ENQUIRIES ABOUT UNSIGNED ROO- Cam Zurhaar.

One player I wouldn't mind in the forward line - the mid sized real forward

Could we find room for him in a forward line that could have Naughton, Bruce, Lobb and Ugle-Hagan and then the likes of Bontempelli when he's not in the midfield, West, Naughton and Garcia?

Why not. We pick the best side.

All things being equal which 6 would you go with if Lobb and Zurhaar arrived?

    Agree 100%
We are screaming genuine fwds and he’d easily play in our fwd 6.
I will never see #16 the same!!
