They've been active. Hunter will need to be impressive with the way he engages any club.
Could we get a 2nd rounder for him?

We would get something for Hunter and I can see your reasoning for not losing him.
It might sound harsh but I don't think we can keep a player who has been distracted.

Yep, depends completely on which Hunter we are talking about. Hard to know from here how much of the speculation is true but ideally we can turn it around and get him back to the elite winger he is capable of being.
So much talk about rucks in here but to me it’s a mile down the list. Losing runners is a disaster for any short term aspirations we have if we can’t replace them.

What am I missing with Hunter? Why is he disinterested and why is he leaving?
They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

If other clubs hand them Grundy & Hunter with $500,000 a season cash, for not much trade cost, then they’ll be happy with things.

Hard to argue his last couple of years we’d be doing well to walk away with a second rounder.

At least he becomes even more irrelevant with that move.

Would be related to the personal reasons he's missed much of this year which would be related to why he missed much of 2020.

They are also prepared to let Jayden Hunt leave to West Coast

I thought he was a pretty good player from memory, but I must admit I haven't seen him much.

Plus the early picks for Jackson? They'll be laughing.
I'm a bit concerned for our list - losing Dunkley, Hunter and some periphery pieces but adding Jones isn't great. I get there's more to it, but it does highlight we need maximum value for Dunkley and I'd be disappointed if we're all chips in on Lobb.

Trade Radio just mentioned there is apparently 4 clubs interested in Lachie Hunter.

Well, if we’re determined to get rid of him, then the more the merrier. Increases the chance of getting something worthwhile back.
