Where the Crawdads Sing - best film I have seen for a long time.
Finals - will we make it? Relying on other teams to lose - not good

Still got a chance which is the main thing going into the last round. Hate a dead rubber. Earlier on this year Collingwood beat Carlton by 4 points. Hawks hard to beat in Tassie. Down to the wire. Hopefully the Adelaide match at Ballarat doesn't bite us fair and square in the bum. Go dogs.

I bet it does.
What would be worse is if we only beat the Tassie team by less than a goal, and then the Pies do their normal Houdini act to beat the Blues by a point, and we miss out on percentage.
I know the Pies would like nothing more than to knock Carlton out of the finals, so as long as we hold up our end of the bargain, we should be OK.

Our match is before Coll v Carl on Sunday so gripping viewing just like yesterday.

Coll are due to lose. Hopefully today is that day, so they’ll come out fighting next week to try to get that double chance.
If they go into next weeks game having won 13+ or whatever it is, then you can guarantee Carl will get up.
I will never see #16 the same!!

I'm pretty in interested in Richmond as well...they have to win at least one more to make it...no guarantees.
C'mon Hawks.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

We can only hope MJP. It’s the most unlikely that Rich don’t make it, so it sure would be sweet to see them knocked out. If somehow Melb had to play Rich in an elimination at the G, Rich would be quietly confident.

Re: AFL Game Day R22 2022
Haha I bet Hawks won’t be 1.1 at quarter time next week.
Teams will be shaking in their boots coming up against Tigers in the finals. If they play Melb, Coll or Carl at the G I can see them knocking those teams out.
I will never see #16 the same!!

Had you read the book? I have read the book and will see the movie, but not sure it will be as good if you already know the plot.

C'mon Hawks.
28 down at half time isn’t what I’d hoped to see when I checked the score! Not over but… most likely.

Lynch with 8 at 3/4 time, Hawks are getting annihilated (73 points) and are already thinking about mad Monday.

Re: AFL Game Day R22 2022
I really can't stand the score review system. Surely the umpire standing a metre away knows if the ball touched the goal post or not, or a player touched the ball going over the line.
The technology is crap, and the umpiring must be crap.
