If you believe you have a decent relationship with them (which you should) then you've already done all you can. If they say it's fine then it's on them to deliver on that, just keep an eye out and if things do actually escalate bring them in and have another discussion.
There's a big asterix on this as they are AFL footballers but they are both adults, treat them as such.
I should leave it alone but you're not right

Agree with suggestions talking Bont (& possibly others in leadership team) so they can check on well-being of both players & gently monitor.
Has anyone said the nets yet? Or the boxing ring?

If you can really feel it then back your judgement and keep digging. The season is to important just to let things glide along and hope it gets resolved. If it has the potential to take us off course you cant wait and hope.
