We can hardly expect anything for Sweet, a player we didn't play.

More power to him if he can make it in his home state. Could be playing finals next year too.

I?d be moving if I was Sweet, there is no point rotting in the VFL. The question is will he be playing round 1 for Port?

Umm.
Why not? If Port wanted him, they could have drafted him. We did. He has developed with us to the point he is now worthy of a multi-year contract offer from a top 4-side to fill a crucial role with the most exciting young midfield in the game.
Sounds like a first rounder to me.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

Fox Footy agree
"Just hours after withdrawing from the Brodie Grundy race, Port Adelaide appear set to land a new ruck, with a Bulldogs gun requesting a trade!"

It's like that rule that applies when a fringe player runs over a granny while being off his head on coke and automatically becomes a star player.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Has that happened?
Let me guess Shane Woewodin?
But then again, I'm an Internet poster and Bevo is a premiership coach so draw your own conclusions.

They don't have one.
I agree though his value is high.
Pony up!

Please.
Zac Butters WAS a first rounder and I am happy (for the purposes of this argument) to consider him STILL a first rounder. It'll be sad to see JOD having to give up his #18 guernsey to make way for Butters...sad but I'm still happy for him to do it.
