He could be a good pick up, looked good from what I saw early days.

Re: Early Trade Rumours 2023
Sam Edmund on Whateley
Khamis - norf interested
Crozier - Carlton interested
Elijah Hollands - Carlton interested
Mabior Chol - numerous clubs interested
Pick 4 - Bulldogs v Norf. Could depend if norf go for pick 1
Shiel - Saints doing a dodgy with Essendon so they get 1st round compensation
D'Ambrosio - requested a trade to Hawks
Melbourne up to something that will be earth shatteringly big!

Melbourne would be derelict in their duty not to offer the farm for someone like Naughton. If they are ambitious and want to give themselves the absolute best chance for sustained medium/long term success that's what I'd do if I was them.

I'd go for Larkey, or a full forward at a bottom team, who would be very tempted by the lure of success. Not a fake full forward like Naughton

Said this the other day. Throw 5, 13, 21 and the pick from Grundy or F1 at a genuine forward target. It might seem like a lot, but it’s only really Luke Jackson & F1/Grundy pick. They got overs for Jackson now so they should take the opportunity to cash it in before their window shuts.

Would McKay be gettable from the Blues? He's on big coin.

It would have to be a major play for a key forward if any substance to it. Or possibly a key forward/ruckman. Someone like English perhaps.

Substance might be the key word. It was SEN. They do have a massive team of well placed in the know journos who call in all day long.

It would be big time ironing if Tim took a massive deal to become a second ruck/ forward.
