Always Right Match Committee Round 9 v Carlton

Welcome to the Always Right Match Committee Thread. The Match Committee threads has been named after long time WOOF member Always Right who tragically passed away in March 2018.

If you were on the Western Bulldogs match committee, what changes would you make after our Round Eight match against GWS for our Round Nine match against Carlton at Marvel Stadium on Saturday night.

For those new to these threads, please give a brief explanation for your changes ... this would add a lot of value to the discussion

Treloar is an obvious out with Keath and Duyrea under pressure to hold their spots.

McNeil, Cleary and Darcy potential INs.

Is Maclean fit enough to do a run with on Cripps?

    Darcy didn’t play- injured
    McNeil hardly touched it
Unfortunately Cleary isn’t tall enough to replace Keath

To help shape conversations lets all agree that OBrien is not a key position and Darcy will be a ruck man.
Now that that is sorted Treloar replaced by Toby McLean

    Out:
    Treloar (injured)

    In:
    McNeil
Sub: McClean ( he needs a few more games)

I hope Young gets picked for Carlton.

BulldogFan reported yesterday, he was ill, not injured.

In the book of Bevo's versatility we will make TOB a KPD and Darcy a ruckman.
I am being funny but I won't be surprised if its tried .

Re: Always Right Match Committee Round 9 v Carlton

If it was me I’d be tempted to replace Keath with Darcy or even Khamis, Duryea with Cleary and poor Treloar with McNeil, McLean or West as sub.

I know this won’t happen so replace Treloar with McNeil. McLean or West as sub.
