Love his work, he is positive and points out the deficiencies without saying stupid things like Bucks (Called some players flaky - what does that even mean)

He might mean players that are not as skilful and their skill errors are magnified when the pressure is on eg fumble and cannot execute tackles etc. Can this be improved in players much? I don?t think so. Inappropriate term I agree but I think I have a sense of what he means.
