100%. Good luck to him. But he is not the player that is going to improve us at the moment. Agree.

I thought he did some nice stuff in the third to help turn the tide back to the Pies.

    20 pressure acts guys...!

Which wet week Sedat? If we are talking summer wet or monsoonal tropical then I get it.

Unfortunately I think he may be the unlucky one to miss this week.

Wold be a massive surprise if he is dropped this week - he's a pet favourite of McCrae.

I looked through their prelim team and couldn't really nail another.
Markov? He's a half back though.

You'd think they'd bring in a tall for Mcstay.

Did Barry Round or Garry Dempsey win one with South or North respectively ?

    no they didn't.

Dempsey missed the premiership era at North. He played there 1979 - 1984 and played a few finals, mostly in losing teams. I think his finals record at North was 2-6 and he played in 2 losing finals for us.

Round only ever played 2 finals. One for us in 1974 and the other for South in 1977. Both losing finals.

I look back on that 70's era as a wasted oppotunity by Footscray mostly due to how poorly the club was run.

When you leave for more opportunities and you play about 40 games in two years including a couple of prelims and get a flag that is what trading is for. I hope he gets a nice contract extension and continues to progress his career.
