To be fair Bevo has often treated the final practice match as a dress rehearsal for round 1 with a close to full strength side and often not fully utilising the extended interchange. It will be interesting to see what approach we take on Saturday.

I'm just guessing but we could trial Busslinger and one other but still take close to our best available 23.
How we use, Darcy, Daniel and Macrae will be interesting.

I would like to try something different this year and give more players a go, and use up the full bench

Given we will be playing Melbourne in Rd 1, who will have already had the benefit of playing in Opening round, and Bevo spruiked this will be our most prepared team for Rd 1 in his tenure we have no option than to treat this game very seriously.... last week was for trialing/experimenting, this week should be a rehearsal as stated.

This make a lot of sense. Melbourne last night were pretty bloody serious. Although they played Schache. He played forward/second ruck. Did his usual not much.
Windsor looks an absolute jet.
