Is it a coaching problem as we did nothing about the mids all night

Yep. I'm not angry tonight, just sucks that we're firmly in no man's land.

Hard to explain what happened that year, definitely an outlier.

This is and always has been the issue with this group.

This are pissweak mentally and some physically.

Don't want to do the hard stuff or little things. It looks like they don't play for each other. We are like the Polar opposite to Geelong.

Zero method going inside 50, continue to loose ground ball while our tackling has been pathetic all year.

    Lucky dip dogs.

Bullshit misses in the third quarter, and even the last with English cost us.

Bont should be ashamed of himself for that ridiculously unprofessional miss. If we can't count on him to do the absolute basics we can't count on anyone.

It is time to blood Cleary, Freijah, Clarke and Buss. Send Bramble, JJ, Buku and maybe Gags back

I hate when they cross to the Dogs box and focus on Bevo when he has his WTF is going on face.

Bevo and MC please explain how we have Lobb, Naughton, Darcy and English all contest the mark in the goal square and no small forward in Perth let alone the goal square?

That?s four games that were still in the balance in the last quarter that we have lost.

In three of them we have been blown away late now

Having watched the saints game last week, I reckon you could argue that there’s a new game plan being set down, one built on fast ball movement. But like so many new skills it falters under pressure and we revert to the same garbage we’ve been dishing up since the end of 2021.

Under any sort of pressure, we are a painfully inconsistent, lethargic, middle-of-the-road team that shows flashes of brilliance.

    Things I hated tonight:

    - slow, indecisive, insipid ball movement that enabled Freo to flood back
    - grinding out painful, hard-to-watch, uninspiring inside 50s that end in behinds
    - enormous packs in the forward line again for little to no payoff
    - the opposition looking like silky rock stars with easy marks and really fluid coast-to-coast ball movement resulting in goals
    - Bont having a dreadful game
    - English being just shithouse

    things I liked:

    - Darcy
    - the bits of West and Garcia I saw, I liked. Not hugely effective but both showed passion.

It’s Jekyll and Hyde; tonight we were really not a fun team to watch.

Nah he's nominating a club with no picks like our other star mid who wanted out did.

We'll be left with pick 23 or something in 2025 plus pick 45.

We need to keep Smith. If he goes, I'd rather we move on English, Daniel, Macrae and look to start again.
